How does the Weekly Accountability Group work?
It's simple! And achingly effective too!
1. Every Friday . . .
You will receive an email check-in from Phil. You'll have the weekend to commit to challenging but achievable goals that move your business forward. Not sure what to set as a goal? Don't worry - you can get help with on that on Monday ...
2. Every Monday . . .
You can join Phil at 9:30am UK time to get help, advice and clarity on what it is you'll be working on this week. The group is the same every week so in no time at all you'll be seeing familiar faces.
3. During the week . . .
You implement - finally putting all of your amazing knowledge into action to move your business forward.
4. Every Friday . . .
You'll join a live accountability call at 7:30am UK time with your tribe of salon owners. During the call you will report back on your week. As a group we will help you celebrate your wins (and want explanations for what you didn't achieve!)

When are the live calls?
Live calls are every Monday at 9:30am and Friday 7:30am. All times are UK times.
Why is there a joining fee?
Salon Owners WAG is about accountability and commitment to your success. The most direct route to better results is to take consistent, daily and weekly action on your goals. We charge a small joining fee to discourage members from 'dipping' in and out of the program which could lead to poor results.
What if I can't make my call?
You are expected to do your best to make it to your accountability call, but we know life can sometimes get in the way. Calls will be recorded and the recordings made available to you.
Can I cancel at any time?
You can cancel at any time if you feel you aren't able to continue with WAG. We cannot guarantee you will be able to rejoin later or pay the same membership fee as before. Please also note you will need to pay the joining fee again too.
